In this context, the Spring Summit of the European Council in March 2013 will be particularly im-portant, as the Survey provides the basis for the adoption of resolutions on policy guidelines for Member States with regard to fiscal consolidation, structural reforms and the promotion of growth. In the following, the Austrian Federal Chamber of Labour (BAK) wishes to make its position clear regarding the overall message and recommendations of the Survey.
